A fullscale Turnkey project
A stunning renovation project of a spacious forest villa in the green surroundings of Laren. For this exceptional project, Studio Rob Feenstra oversaw the complete transformation of the garden, architecture, and interior. The property was fully stripped and carefully rebuilt with meticulous attention to detail.
The Project
The villa’s characteristic classical arches have been preserved and subtly accentuated with luxurious dark oak veneer, creating a seamless balance between authenticity and contemporary design. A warm wooden block floor introduces a modern touch to the classical home, while natural tones throughout the interior establish a calm and harmonious connection with the surrounding landscape.
The home radiates comfort and warmth , a true family residence designed for relaxation. A cozy circular seating area around the fireplace, a separate TV room, and a spacious open-plan kitchen create the perfect setting for gathering and unwinding.
Working from home is equally considered: the generously designed office is equipped with all necessary facilities, ensuring comfort and focus at the highest level.
